Program Audits
  • Analysis and Survey of present development programs, conducted through a series of interviews of staff, board and volunteers, focus groups, review of materials and activities resulting in design of long-range, comprehensive development plan. Takes 4 to 6 weeks.

Organizational Planning and Management
  • Strategic Planning - A concentrated four to six month planning process involving staff, board and constituents, resulting in 3 to 5 year comprehensive institutional plan. Components include development of mission statement, vision statements, key strategies, action plan and timetable for implementation. Each strategic planning process is led by a trained and experienced professional facilitator.
  • Board Development - One to three-day workshops addressing topics such as role and responsibilities of board of staff, policy development, program direction, conflict resolution, fiduciary responsibilities, committee and task force job descriptions and roles, and on-going consultation to assure board effectiveness and growth.
  • Master site Planning - Development of land use plans; placement and orientation of buildings, roads and traffic areas.
  • Architectural consulting - A broad range of services including interview and selection criteria, procedures and assistance in interviewing and selection of architects; preliminary facility design; design of full working drawings for buildings.
